She sure did (Not a rumor, it happened)...Kelly was supposed to be on the June cover, because her album drops in June....Miss Diva Beyonce ran to Vibe to do an exclusive interview, but told them she would only do it if she had the cover too, so the gave it to beyonce because she's the bigger artist and it is rare for artisits like beyonce to run to a mag for an interview! So beyonce has mad it clear to everyone that she wants to be the only successful one from DC!
