try pandora.com; its a free online radio, part of the music genome project. the people there categorize bands and songs by particular characteristics so you can simply enter any band or song and it will create a station personalized for that specific song, and then create a whole playlist for you of similar music with information about the bands, artists, songs, albums, etc. plus you can make as many stations as you want--its a great site.

pandora.com is good. it has like 'stations' that people make and they like the same music as u. or you use the itunes store and after u buy a song it comes up with the genius recommendations specifically for you.

Simply Myspace.
